Casa Del Sol was designed as a place to create long lasting memories while interweaving comfort and nature into your stay. From the vaulted ceilings to the cozy beds, to the kitchen overlooking, the San Jacinto mountain range, no corner of this property was left unthought. The oversized living room is flooded with natural light from the sliding glass doors that lead you to the saltwater pool & spa. Just beyond our fence line is an unobstructed, southward desert view of the mountains. Catch an epic sunset on our covered outdoor patio which is perfect for memorable dinners or just total relaxation. Watch your favorite movie while lounging in the spa or floating in the pool. All bedrooms have comfortable king size beds, as well as Roku TVs, blackout treatments, ceiling fans, white noise machines, and plenty of charging ports. For those who want to fulfill their competitive nature, the garage has been transformed to a dedicated game room. Here you will find shuffle board, 2 player basketball hoop, jumbo connect four and ping pong table. We have many of your classic board games. Looking into our desert beyond the house you will often see a variety of birds, ground squirrels, hummingbirds, and other wildlife amongst the landscape. Occasionally you will see ATV's utilize the trails which form a 40 mile loop. Not too far from the back of the property is the beginning of the Long Canyon Trail. This is a 12-mile trek one way that links to Joshua Tree National Park. Come be our guest and maximize your stay at Casa Del Sol. PETS are allowed. We charge $100 per pet for their stay. 2 pets max per reservation. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance. Spa heating is included with your booking. There is an additional charge for pool heating: $100/day. There is a 2-day min. for pool heating. You can request pool heating anytime - before or during your stay. Please note it takes around 24 hours to heat the pool. If requested on time the pool will be heated up to 88 degrees upon your arrival. We have a strict NO BUBBLES, no pets nor soaps in pool policy; $1,000 fee per violation will be applied to cover refilling pool cost. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $50/ per hour and is subject to our approval. For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside. We have a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation. Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.
